WordBinder is a verbal agriculture vocabulary game that your students will beg to play! It is so simple yet effective. An FFA student in Georgia created this game as her SAE and it is now a fundraiser for their chapter.
Each game includes cards for 3 topic areas (Animal Science, Plant Science, and FFA/Personal Development) and is played like Taboo. Each card has a word that their team is trying to guess and 5 words related to the term. The challenge is that the student presenting must get their team to guess the word without using the other words on the card.
Students love the fast-paced action and teachers enjoy seeing their students grasp vocabulary like never before. This game challenges your students to truly comprehend the meaning of terms by using their verbal skills to make associations and connections.
Keep this game handy so you can pull it out to review a lesson, wrap-up class, or fill in those gaps in the schedule when they come up.
