Return Policy

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

If you are unhappy with a physical product from One Less Thing (ID cards, Skill Builder cards, 101 Handbooks, Pocket Guides, etc.), a refund will be issued provided it is within 10 days of receipt of the product and that the products are returned complete, in perfect unused condition.

We will not accept returns for any physical items beyond the 10 days or that have been used or damaged.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital products (Lesson Plans and Curriculum that include PDFs and PowerPoints, ID files, etc.) are deemed “used” after download or opening. Therefor all purchases of digital products from OneLessThing.net are non-refundable or exchangeable.

However, if you made a purchase and never downloaded the product you may contact us at orders@onelessthing.net to discuss a refund. 

If you did not receive your download link and have checked your spam/junk folders, please contact us immediately with your order number so we can get the link to you right away.
