Current Event Summary: A Canadian company is building a massive 150,000-head feedlot in Haigler, Nebraska.  While bringing economic benefits like jobs and local spending, the project raises environmental concerns, particularly regarding water use and manure management.  The company plans to mitigate these issues with concrete construction, manure-to-methane contracts, and irrigation restrictions.
