Each set has carcass data, yield grades, and quality grades on the back, along with three additional sets of data to maximize skill development.

Each set also comes with an instruction card and a plastic dot grid for estimating area.

This is a completely new set of ribeyes. Cards are 6"x9" and laminated to last many seasons.

These are perfect for coaching a CDE or as an Animal Science lab activity. Every ribeye shown is actual size so you can lay your grid right on the image.
